Transactions on Own Shares: EKINOPS Results from September 2 to 6, 2024
EKINOPS, a leader in telecommunications solutions for operators and enterprises, announced the recent transactions under its share repurchase program. These transactions were completed between September 2 and September 6, 2024.
On September 2, EKINOPS acquired 355 shares at an average price of EUR 3.492085 per share. On September 3, on the other hand, a higher volume of 1,786 shares was repurchased at an average price of EUR 3.405879. The following days saw more modest volumes, with 271 shares on September 4 at EUR 3.366236 and 164 shares on September 5 at EUR 3.35 each.
All these transactions were carried out on Euronext Paris under the XPAR label. The objective of these share buybacks is to cover the allocation of shares to the company's employees.
