VIVENDI: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares for June 2024
Vivendi has published details of its own share transactions carried out between June 10 and 14, 2024. The period saw the company acquire a total of 2,250,613 shares with a weighted average price of 9.6777 euros per share.
The highest daily volume was recorded on June 14 with 451,605 shares purchased on the XPAR market at an average price of 9.5320 euros. June 11 was also a notable day with a total of 442,198 shares purchased on the same market at an average price of 9.7294 euros.
These transactions, carried out on various markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU, are part of the company's regulatory transparency obligations in accordance with the MAR (Market Abuse Regulation).
