Weekly statement of transactions on CCI of Crédit Agricole Toulouse

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Toulouse 31 has published its weekly report on the transactions of its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI). These operations, approved by the General Meeting of March 28, 2024, were carried out between August 12 and 16, 2024.

The transactions were carried out mainly on the XPAR market (Euronext Paris). The total daily volume varied between 39 and 74 shares, with a daily weighted average share acquisition price of between EUR 62.00 and EUR 65.01. The objective of these repurchases, carried out via the broker Kepler Cheuvreux, is the cancellation of the acquired shares.

The buyouts stand out for a methodical approach by Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31 aimed at readjusting their assets strategically. The regularity of transactions and variable prices reflect careful management of cooperative interests.
