abrdn U.S. Closed End Funds Announce Distribution Payment Details
abrdn U.S. Closed-End Funds (NYSE:ACP)(NYSE:AGD)(NYSE:AOD)(NYSE:ASGI)(NYSE:AWP) and (NYSE American:FAX)(NYSE American:FCO)(NYSE American:THQ)(NYSE American:THW)(NYSE American:VFL) announce the distributions to be paid on January 31, 2024, to shareholders of record as of January 24, 2024. These funds have adopted a distribution policy to provide investors with a stable distribution out of current income, supplemented by realized capital gains. Shareholders are reminded that the amounts and sources of distributions reported in this notice are only estimates and are not being provided for tax reporting purposes, and a Form 1099-DIV will be sent to shareholders after year-end.
