Information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares 2023 12 31
CARREFOUR, a French société anonyme, has disclosed information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares in accordance with legal requirements. The company's registered office is located at 93 avenue de Paris 91300 Massy, France. As of 31 December 2023, the total number of issued shares was 708,790,816 and the real number of voting rights (excluding treasury shares) was 869,002,680. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was 886,612,205. This information was provided pursuant to article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French financial market authority.
