Troy Minerals Inc. has successfully completed a private placement financing of 800,000 flow-through units, raising $1 million in gross proceeds. Each flow-through unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. The funds raised will be used to advance the company's mineral projects in Quebec. In addition, Troy Minerals has engaged Constanta Capital Corp. to provide management services for the company for a period of 12 months. -
