TUI AG: Release according to Article 40, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution
TUI AG (TUI) has released a notification of major holdings as per Article 40, Section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act. The notification is regarding the acquisition/disposal of shares and instruments by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. The total voting rights attached to shares and instruments have changed, with the current percentage being 4.78%.
