Commerce Resources Corp. Announces Termination of Earn In Agreement for Niobium Claim Group with Saville Resources Inc.
Commerce Resources Corp. has announced the termination and forgiveness of debt agreement with Saville Resources Inc., related to the Niobium Claim Group Property. The Property encompasses 26 mineral claims and is considered prospective for niobium, tantalum, phosphate, and fluorspar. The termination involves the earn in agreement and forgiveness of a debt totaling $369,290.16 owed by Saville to the Company. The Company expresses gratitude for the work conducted by Saville and looks forward to initiating a work program to follow up on the results obtained through Saville's work. -
